We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team on a two-month evaluation basis. Your •primary focus will be on securing high-value clients for our diverse digital marketing services • and website development.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and approach potential high-value clients through cold calls, networking, and other outreach methods
• Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored digital marketing solutions
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Skillfully negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals
Compensation
• For the first month, the role is 100% commission-based.
• Successful performance will lead to a permanent position with a competitive base salary, attractive commission structure, and benefits package.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in digital marketing or website development, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and drive results
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance
• Existing network of potential high-value clients is a plus
