Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
• Service Promotion: Present and promote our digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content creation, and web development.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals to prospective clients.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the agency's revenue growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, strategies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM software.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline to the management team.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, services, and trends.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and closing sales opportunities.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling digital marketing services like SEO, SEM, and social media management.
• Familiarity with performance marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• An established network within the marketing or business community.
