We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Hybrid Product Designer and Digital Marketer to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our digital presence and driving sales growth. :Position Overview: As a Hybrid Product Designer and Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for combining your creative design skills with digital marketing expertise to enhance our brand\'s online presence and drive sales. Your primary focus will be to develop visually appealing uniform collections, create engaging digital content, and leverage e-commerce strategies to maximize our digital reach and sales potential. Key Responsibilities:Product Design: Conceptualize and design graphics for uniform collections to resonate with customers brand identity, incorporating trends and functionality. Digital Content Creation: Develop visually appealing digital content, including graphics, videos, and written posts around circular textiles, to showcase our uniform collections and engage our audience across various online platforms. Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok) to maintain a consistent brand presence and drive engagement. Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our uniform collections and increase brand awareness, utilizing your creative design skills to produce compelling marketing materials. E-commerce Optimization: Utilize your knowledge of e-commerce best practices to actively manage online marketplaces, optimize product listings, and implement promotional strategies to drive sales growth. Budget Management: Define and manage the monthly marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to optimize ROI and maximize sales potential. Reporting and Analysis: Regularly analyze digital marketing performance and produce periodic reports to measure the impact of digital campaigns on engagement and sales, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Product Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in product design and digital marketing, preferably within the fashion retail industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital advertising.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Google Analytics, and SEO optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Creative mindset with a passion for improving online sales and customer engagement.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of the uniform industry or fashion retail is a plus.
