Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to oversee and execute our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the architecture and design industry, and a proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You'll work closely with the leadership and design teams to craft compelling narratives that showcase our projects and enhance our brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement. Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.). Manage the website, ensuring that it is SEO optimized and regularly updated with new content (blogs, case studies, portfolio updates). Coordinate email marketing campaigns to engage existing clients and prospects. Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs. Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling and engaging marketing materials. Manage paid media campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, social ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the architecture, design, or real estate industries. Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising. Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences. Knowledge of web design and user experience principles. Creative thinking, a problem-solving mindset, and an eye for design. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, or related field. Familiarity with architectural terminology and an understanding of the design process.
