Key Requirements:
• Experience in Real Estate Marketing: Understanding of property market trends, client needs, and real estate investment strategies, especially in the UAE market.
• Fluency in Arabic and English: Ability to create content, engage with audiences, and manage campaigns in both languages.
• Campaign Management: Expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, specifically on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat and ChatBot.
• Audience Targeting: Proficiency in targeting strategies based on demographics, psychographics, and behaviors specific to real estate buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret campaign performance data, measure ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Content Creation: Strong skills in developing engaging, visually appealing, and conversion-focused content across all platforms.
• Leadership and Team Management: Experience leading a marketing team, coordinating with designers, videographers, and copywriters to develop cohesive campaigns.
Platforms and Tools:
• Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager):
• Campaign types: Awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
• Tools: Audience Insights, Pixel tracking, Lookalike Audiences, Custom Audiences.
• Formats: Carousel ads for property listings, video tours, and stories for behind-the-scenes content.
• Skills: A/B testing, creative optimization, and CTA development.
• TikTok Ads:
• Campaign types: Brand awareness, traffic, and lead generation.
• Tools: TikTok for Business, Pixel tracking, Branded Effects.
• Formats: Short, catchy video content showcasing properties or lifestyle appeals, influencer partnerships.
• Skills: Understanding TikTok's algorithm, trending content, and engaging with real estate-focused hashtags.
• Snapchat Ads:
• Campaign types: Location-based targeting, lead generation, and awareness.
• Tools: Snap Pixel, Ad Manager, Story Ads, and Augmented Reality (AR) filters.
• Formats: Immersive 10-second video tours of properties, interactive AR elements.
• Skills: Creativity in storytelling, using geofilters for property locations.
Required Skills:
• Creation of both organic and paid content that resonates with real estate buyers.
• Development of visually appealing graphics, short videos, and interactive content for each platform.
• Monitoring performance metrics, including engagement rates, leads, and conversions.
• Using data insights to improve targeting and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
• Coordinating with sales and listing teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
Additional Tools & Apps:
• Analytics Tools: Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, and Snapchat Insights for tracking campaign performance.
• Creative Tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), and video editing apps like InShot or Final Cut Pro.
