Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Design and run digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such social media, email, and search engines, to raise brand and services awareness.
• Analyse customer data and user behaviour to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with other teams and subject matter experts to ensure digital campaigns are in line with brand goals, objectives and ISO standards in general.
• Keep abreast with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities.
• Suggest new ways and methods to showcase the services offered by UCS digitally.
• Prepare and adhere to a digital marketing budget.
• Plan, manage, analyse and report on the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns, to optimize future strategies.
• Manage UCS' social media presence, creating engaging contents that promote our ISO certification, other services and quality initiative that we offer.
• Create a platform that will enable existing clients to leave positive reviews about the company.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the digital landscape.
• Implement and track social media campaigns.
• Stay abreast and updated on industry trends and best practices related to digital marketing and ISO standards.
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies.
• Create and manage online advertising campaigns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers.
• Edit, proofread, and update website content across various pages to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure content is optimized for SEO, including keywords, meta tags, and descriptions.
• Improve content delivery and site-user experience.
• Monitor site performance and usability, making recommendations for content or design improvements.
• Stay up to date with web trends and incorporate best practices into content creation.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and web accessibility standards.

Competencies and Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a role that involved ISO standards or quality management.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media and content marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with Digital Marketing Tools such as Google Analytics.
• Should have indebt knowledge on how to use digital channels to make it easier to get in touch with leads and make more sales by converting them to clients through team work with Sales.
• Assist in the development of the company's website
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Attention to details to catch mistakes quickly.
• Should be able to meet deadlines and a strong problem-solving skill.
• Ability to work independently or as a part of the team.
• Positive spirit to bring in more leads digitally to be converted to clients
• ? Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in HTML for structuring web content, CSS for styling, and JavaScript for interactive elements. Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices and Change Management.
• Experience with popular CMS platforms, especially WordPress for website management and content updates.
• Knowledge of on-page SEO techniques, keyword research, meta tags, and SEO-friendly URL structures.
• Ability to develop websites that are fully responsive and compatible with various devices and browsers.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track and interpret website performance metrics.
• Understanding of web security basics, including SSL certificates, firewall configuration, and best practices to prevent data breaches.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design to improve usability and optimize website layout.

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.

? Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
