Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute online marketing strategies for the cryptocurrency exchange, aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives. This includes SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), social media advertising, and content marketing.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analysis to understand market trends, optimize marketing activities, and uncover user behavior. Propose and implement effective improvement strategies to ensure a high return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns.
• Copywriting: Create and optimize high-quality marketing content, including social media posts, email marketing, landing pages, and ad copy, aimed at attracting and converting target users.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, design, branding, and customer service teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall company objectives and are efficiently executed.
• SEM and SEO Management: Implement and optimize strategies for search engine advertising and organic search traffic to increase the brand's online visibility and drive traffic.
• Market Innovation: In a highly competitive cryptocurrency and financial market, provide innovative and differentiated marketing solutions to enhance the brand's market competitiveness and influence.
• Industry Learning and Research: Stay informed on the latest developments in fintech, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and gaming. Actively learn from and adapt best practices from within and outside the industry to apply to the company's marketing activities.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Data Analysis, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with substantial online marketing experience in the finance, cryptocurrency, or gaming industries. Candidates must have a global perspective and cannot be from China or India.
• Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, etc., with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Copywriting Skills: Strong copywriting abilities, capable of creating engaging ad and content copy. Experience in SEO/SEM copy optimization is required.
• Innovation and Insights: Able to propose innovative and differentiated marketing solutions based on market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape.
• Communication and Coordination: Strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to efficiently integrate resources and drive project execution.
• Learning Ability: Quick to acquire knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and related financial products, and apply it flexibly in marketing.
• Creativity and Market Insight: Capable of identifying creative marketing strategies in a highly competitive environment to differentiate the company from competitors and enhance its market positioning.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or gaming industries is highly desirable.
• Candidates with prior experience in reputable, large companies or international organizations are preferred.
• Familiarity with various digital marketing tools (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.).
