This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and execute innovative digital marketing strategies, elevating our online presence and driving tangible business outcomes. : We are currently seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and spearhead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of intellectual property and a proven track record of orchestrating successful digital marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing strategies to amplify our online footprint, generate qualified leads, and foster meaningful engagement with our target audience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, overseeing all aspects of planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Direct the management and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social media channels, to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Spearhead the creation and dissemination of high-quality, engaging content for the organization's website, blog, social media platforms, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor, analyse, and interpret key performance metrics, generating actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive KPI reports, summarizing key findings, insights, and performance metrics to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to facilitate data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation, informing the development of targeted marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including sales, IT, and senior leadership, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless integration with other functional areas.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, overseeing allocation of resources across different channels and platforms to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives and ensure delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
  • Direct digital marketing initiatives and implement strategies through agencies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Bachelors degree or higher degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, encompassing SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Certificates with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Google analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads, among others.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English & Arabic.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for interpreting data and driving data-informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker capable of generating novel ideas and solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
