Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all display advertising campaigns across GCC countries.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and campaign performance.
• Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Run profitable campaigns in assigned countries, reporting directly to the Director.
Marketing Strategy Development:
• Identify target audience and develop marketing strategies accordingly.
• Plan and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conceptualize, develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
• Utilize research findings to adapt marketing strategies and gain a competitive edge.
Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the marketing budget efficiently, tracking expenses and ensuring strong ROI.
SEO Knowledge and Implementation:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting keyword research to identify opportunities for high-performing content.
• Optimizing on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and URL structures.
• Monitoring and improving website performance through technical SEO best practices.
• Building and executing link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
• Analyzing SEO data and trends using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Staying updated on search engine algorithm changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
Your expertise in SEO will play a critical role in maximizing online visibility and driving measurable results for the business.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and submit regular reports, analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Team Management:
• Set and ensure team KPIs are met.
• Organize regular internal team training and meetings to align with company goals.
Creativity:
• Ensure all visual content meets brand objectives and identity.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role in the UAE market.
Skills:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on Social Media advertising and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with programmatic media buying.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Proficiency in conducting A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with problem-solving abilities.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), and email marketing.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong leadership and team management skills.
• Certifications in digital marketing will be a plus.
• A portfolio of work/case studies from UAE experience will be an added advantage.
