We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. As a key player in our advertising and marketing company, you will oversee campaigns that enhance brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative marketing strategies, leveraging the latest digital tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Identify trends, insights, and emerging platforms to optimize performance.
2. Campaign Management:
• Plan, implement, and monitor digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, social media, email, etc.).
• Set KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
3. Content Creation & Management:
• Oversee the creation of engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
4. SEO & SEM:
• Optimize website traffic and user engagement through effective SEO strategies.
• Manage paid search and display campaigns.
5. Social Media Management:
• Lead social media strategies to build brand awareness and foster community engagement.
• Monitor and respond to audience feedback in real-time.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
7. Team Leadership:
• Manage and mentor the digital marketing team.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
