All your efforts will help to create further brand awareness and enhance the public image of Transguard across the full spectrum of its portfolio. Develop and monitor campaign budgets to ensure alignment between budget vs spend
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing efforts and assess against annual and monthly KPIs
Customer
Collaborate with internal design team and external website development team to create, update and optimize the websites in Transguards portfolio
Maintain, manage and evolve Transguards social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok with an aim to increase engagement rates and build on Transguards brand reputation
Process
Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising
Create both monthly and annual digital marketing plans that support Transguards overall strategy for continuous growth
Innovation
Identify trends/insights and optimize spend and performance while proactively developing strategies to overcome potential challenges
Brainstorm creative new growth strategies
SkillsSelection Criteria
BA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or other related field; certification or coursework in digital marketing is a plus
Demonstrable experience of 3 to 5 years in managing social media channels, SEO/SEM efforts and display advertising
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in photo and video editing software
Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and social media best practices
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Must be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Ability to collaborate with all areas of the organization and to provide exceptional service both internally and externally
Strong negotiation and collaboration skills
Time management skills
Positive attitude and a dedication to the delivering the highest quality output
