Responsibilities Strategize, manage, and develop Display Marketing campaigns Manage Agency and direct partner relationships to execute ongoing account optimization Brief creative concepts and work with designers, copywriters and the site team to develop display assets Lead planning and defining of channel strategy for all major marketing events Launches channel activities (Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Email, Online Ads and Social Media, etc.)
Develops new content to engage customers for existing and new product lines, industries and trends
Develops processes and systems to optimize the entire marketing process and conversion rates
Measures and strengthens conversion rates, sales cycle time, and leads generation Oversee and manage campaign pacing, performance, and budget for the Display and Native program Work closely with external partners to keep up to date on new features, events and product capabilities Work with Senior Manager, Media Strategy on identifying new strategies and key learnings that can be applied to core program Work directly with CRM and Analytics teams to implement and improve programs Collaborate and build relationships between CRM, Loyalty, Creative, Analytics, IT, Merchant and Content teams as well as external partners Responsible for sharing campaign results and learnings with internal stakeholders
Stays current on industry news, trends, tactics and strategies and educates the broader organization on new opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing, digital technologies, or relevant field
8+ years of work experience in B2C/B2B digital marketing, preferably within the industry or agencies
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or digital and print advertising campaigns
A strong background in marketing analytics, automation, and CRM technologies
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a knack for turning data into strategies that drive decision-making
