The responsibilities of this role are as follows, but not limited to;
1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies (10%)
Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote properties, concierge services, and increase brand awareness.
Align marketing strategies with overall business goals and market trends.
Contribute creative input and drive awareness through regular content creation (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Redbook, etc)
Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and industry developments.
2. Marketing Campaigns Oversight (10%)
Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media for all businesses including property sales and leasing, holiday homes, and travel and concierge services.
Ensure SEO, SEM, email marketing, messaging, and social media strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.
Monitor digital marketing trends and incorporate best practices.
Create and manage procedures to ensure efficiency and workflow approvals for campaigns
3. Lead Generation and Management (50%)
Develop and manage lead generation strategies, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for the sales team, covering off-plan, secondary market, and serious investors.
Proactively recommend tactics, targets, and creative content to internal clients to enable them to deliver local and international campaigns.
Improve the responsiveness to internal clients, driving improved leads and client (internal) satisfaction.
Develop listing templates to improve descriptions and impact.
4. Market Research and Analysis (15%)
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Determine target demographics for specific campaigns.
5. Event Planning and Coordination (10%)
Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, and other marketing events to attract potential buyers and build community relationships.
Support agents to run small, exclusive events that deepen relationships with VVIPs.
Manage event logistics, budgeting, and promotion.
6. Budget Management (5%)
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and ROI tracking.
Identify circumstances when outsourced solutions deliver an improved result.
7. Collaboration, Operations and Team Management (Continuous)
Drive collaboration by working closely with the business heads, other team members, and external vendors to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support.
Ensure all operational aspects are managed effectively including photography, videography, graphic design, IT/SEO and social media posting
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the real estate industry, with experience in the travel & hotels industries is highly preferred
With experience in e-commerce and with various property platforms such as Hostify and Prospace preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Has a can-do attitude.
Highly responsive and supportive to internal customers.
Open to suggestions and feedback.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
