We want an energetic Marketing Manager/Social Media Manager to manage the Marketing department & assist Chief Executive of our company within the retail/ecommerce industry. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the company and the attainment of its goals.
Must be fluent in English and Arabic both.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across different channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content marketing, and more.
• Expert in Snapchat marketing for Saudi Arabia & UAE. Instagram and Google Merchant, Youtube Ads.
• Developing marketing strategies for new products.
• Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
• Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales
• Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
• Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to campaigns that have the highest potential for ROI (Return on Investment)
• Collaborate with other departments, such as the creative team, sales team, and product team, to ensure a cohesive marketing approach that supports overall business objectives.
• Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
• Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market
• Undertake coordination of the marketing initiatives and social media for all outright.
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and develop traditional or digital campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations as needed
• Occasionally compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts.
• Compose marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company's presence in the market.
• Communicate directly with clients and facilitate productive relationships with them and their corporate partners.
Skills
• Proven experience as a marketing & social media manager
• Bilingual (Fluent in English/Arabic) is a must.
• Degree in Management, Marketing or similar field
• 5+ years experience managing digital marketing team end to end (360 degrees)
• Experience managing large digital media budget and deploying budget across multiple advertising platforms
• Certification in Google Ads / or similar
• Superior knowledge of search engine criteria/algorithms, best practices, trends and industry developments
• Strong ability to think a bigger picture and savvy mind for Marketing
• Top-notch communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Excellent knowledge of online applications (Online analytics, Google AdWords, Google Merchant, Meta Business Suite etc.)
• BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or relevant field is a strong advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
