As we continue to grow, we're looking for a
Digital Marketing Manager
to join our dynamic team and support our marketing department in driving online growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee both
B2B and B2C
marketing operations.
Develop, implement, and optimize
digital marketing campaigns
that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions across the GCC region.
Analyze and identify
market trends
and
competitor activities
, identifying new opportunities and areas for improvement.
Lead the creation and edits of creative digital and print assets including Retail, Wholesale, and Bulk sales collateral and ads.
Collaborate with the Marketing Department to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
Track key metrics, assess campaign performance, and generate insightful reports to guide future marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing;
3+ years of experience in the
FMCG sector
with a focus on digital marketing.
Experience in
startups
or
scale-ups
is highly advantageous.
Proven track record in
executing marketing campaigns
that deliver results.
Strong
interpersonal and communication skills
, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Fluent in
English
, both written and verbal.
