Role Overview :
The ideal candidate will focus on content creation , Google Ads management , and patient engagement strategies , leveraging AI-powered tools to drive new client acquisition and optimize marketing efforts. The role excludes web development and technical SEO, which are managed by our in-house team.
Key Responsibilities :
• Google Ads & Paid Campaigns
• Design, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting high-intent keywords.
• Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance using AI-driven tools for the best ROI.
• Create remarketing campaigns to retarget website visitors and increase conversions.
• Content Creation & Strategy
• Develop engaging and SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and service descriptions.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT and SurferSEO to optimize content for search and readability.
• Plan and schedule social media content using AI-powered platforms (e.g., Buffer , Later , Hootsuite ).
• Local Listings & Reputation Management
• Optimize and manage the clinic's Google Business Profile to improve local search visibility.
• Encourage and manage Google reviews and patient testimonials to build trust and credibility.
• Use AI sentiment analysis tools to monitor online reputation and engagement.
• Performance Analysis & AI Integration
• Analyze traffic, ad performance, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and other AI-enhanced reporting tools.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Zapier , ChatGPT , Pictory ) to automate marketing workflows and improve efficiency.
• Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights and AI-driven recommendations.
Essential Qualifications :
Must be fluent in English written and spoken together with another European language.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid campaigns, content creation, and patient engagement.
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools for marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Buffer, Canva, or similar platforms).
• Proven success in running Google Ads campaigns and optimizing for ROI.
• Strong content writing and strategy skills.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic performance reporting.
Desirable Skills :
• Experience in the healthcare or private medical services sector in European markets.
• Ability to leverage video tools (e.g., Pictory or InVideo ) to create short promotional videos.
• Proficiency in social media management and automation tools.
Working Hours :
• Part-Time: 20-25 hours per week (flexible, hybrid/remote) with possibility of becoming full time in time.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
