We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and executing digital marketing strategies. This role demands a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive performance across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Ensure effective tracking and reporting of campaign performance using analytics tools.
• SEO and SEM:
• Manage and optimize our SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility and ranking.
• Oversee and manage PPC campaigns, ensuring ROI and KPIs are met.
• Content Marketing:
• Develop content marketing strategies to increase online presence and engagement.
• Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality and relevant content.
• Social Media Management:
• Oversee social media strategy and execution to enhance brand presence and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Email Marketing:
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.
• Analyze email campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize analytics tools to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Communicate campaign plans and performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
• Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
