We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Prosper Intl Real Estate LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing with a specific focus on lead generation in the real estate sector. This role will involve developing and implementing strategies to attract potential clients, optimize online presence, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
• Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure effective lead conversion.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the real estate market.
• Create engaging and targeted content to attract and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Oversee the company's social media presence and enhance brand awareness.
• Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
