As the Digital Marketing Manager at BlackOak Real Estate, you will oversee and execute our digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and generate leads. You will collaborate with various teams to create and implement campaigns that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies
• Oversee the management and optimization of all digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and SEO
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals
• Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content and visuals
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
• Manage the digital marketing budget effectively

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
