Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.
Plan and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, display advertising, and PPC campaigns.
Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Monitor and optimize website performance, including conversion rates, traffic, and user experience, using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve targeting, and maximize ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective digital marketing initiatives aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
Manage and maintain the company\'s social media presence across various platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Track and analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, including emerging technologies, platforms, and strategies.
Identify opportunities for new digital marketing channels and innovative strategies to reach target audiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
Proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and PPC advertising.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and A/B testing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
