Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at AX Property . The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our real estate services, generate leads, and drive conversion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing digital advertising campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and leveraging analytics to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our real estate services across various online platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to define campaign objectives, KPIs, and target metrics for lead generation and conversion.
- Manage the end-to-end process of campaign creation, including ad creative development, targeting, budget allocation, and scheduling.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, A/B testing, and industry best practices to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and real estate industry to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors as needed to support digital marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our brand identity, value proposition, and target market to ensure consistency and alignment across all digital channels.
