As a critical team member, you will be integral to driving sales, enhancing customer retention, and fostering loyalty.The Digital Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in the dynamic realm of automotive brand marketing, confidently driving strategic planning, executing campaigns, and analysing performance to align digital initiatives with the overarching goals of the NIO brand.In this crucial position, you will develop, maintain, and execute cutting-edge digital campaigns and offers across various platforms. You will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting our brand with its digital marketing activities, focusing on improving marketing effectiveness, enhancing customer engagement, increasing opportunities, and promoting NIO brand loyalty.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Developing, maintaining, and executing digital campaigns and offers to maximise enquiries, sales, retention, and loyalty.
  • Manage the digital campaign launching process from briefing agencies to reviewing media plans and execution on time.
  • Work closely with the brand and agencies to uphold and maintain standards, goals, and policies and highlight areas of concern, improvement, risk and the potential to leverage any divisional synergies that could save costs.
  • Support the brand\'s management online, which will act as a channel for divisional initiatives to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and traffic.
  • Responsible for efficiently utilising campaign management capabilities and available budget as directed by the Marketing Director, generating and converting the targeted volume of quality leads to achieve sales and sales objectives. Improve the efficiency of media planning and buying,
  • Support the brand in its own organic and paid media development.
  • Drive digital marketing best practices within the company.
  • Uphold policies and standards, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
  • Manage the use of digital media to support the brand product strategy.
  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
  • Drive digital marketing best practices within the company.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the media agency, focusing on increasing media efficiencies and driving best practices.
  • Manage end-to-end optimisation testing process, including prioritisation, requirements gathering, implementation, measurement, and next-step recommendations.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in optimising the top-performing media channels to increase OTB and reduce CPL.
  • Create and implement re-targeting lists and campaigns for the brand.
  • Optimise Media to reduce brand CPL and overall CPS in line with the KPls.
  • Follow up on media plans and assist in optimising the media plans
  • Manage all the campaign\'s go-live dates and make sure all campaigns are launched on time.
  • Analysis of campaign outcomes in detail, using a variety of proprietary software applications.
  • Responsible for conceptualising and managing various customer retention campaigns and initiatives. This includes idea generation and exploration, preparing and presenting proposals, overseeing the creative and production processes and championing successful execution.
  • Draw insights and present results clearly to facilitate sound decision-making on the next steps.
  • Report on traffic generated.
  • Develop and execute impactful digital campaigns and offers to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
  • Become a digital marketing authority, guiding our automotive brands\' strategies and activities.
  • Manage our online presence, increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Optimise digital media and advertising efforts, including tagging, tracking, and rigorous testing.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, analysis, and execution, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimise user funnels, identify critical conversion points, and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously explore new and creative growth strategies through innovative digital marketing approaches.
SKILLS
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, display, and advertising.
  • Experience in marketing cloud software and Digital Analytics Tools.
  • Experience using various CMS and social media platforms and tools.
  • Experience in creating cross-channel digital campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is desirable).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to self-manage and self-motivate.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor\'s in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Analytics.
  • Minimum of 6 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the Middle East.
  • Automotive marketing experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Expert knowledge of Digital Marketing practices, including Digital Media, and a thorough understanding of Web Analytics, CRM and CX.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, display advertising, marketing cloud software, and digital analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is desirable).
  • Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
