Job Description

ASTUDIO, a one stop shop digital creative agency, is looking to employ a full time Digital Marketing Manager - who acts as the lead point of contact for ASTUDIO clients.As a Digital Marketing Manager, you should have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.Responsibilities:
  • Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Set digital strategies for your assigned clients, considering their specific requirements
  • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
  • Optimize web content to increase traffic and improve SEO
  • Report on web performance metrics
  • Analyze digital campaigns success
  • Plan and implement digital strategies for clients, including SEO/SEM, Media Buying, EDM, SM and GDN campaigns
  • Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
  • Prepare and present reports on KPIs progress to the client
  • Manage websites of clients and agency
  • Run the quality control, lead SEO and Social Media team, maintain constant follow ups making sure each project is handled within the deadline
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Oversee the development and execution of all online media efforts to ensure they are on strategy, on budget and on schedule, and manage client expectations and deliverables
  • Have a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, SEM, Video, Social etc.
  • Handle all client digital needs: performance marketing, e-com, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Newsletters, SEO/ SEM
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations and communications
Requirements:
  • Min 4 years of working experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
  • Digital native, expertise in all digital channels: PPC, SEO, Content, Social, Programmatic, etc.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Ad campaigns, Facebook Ads, Newsletters
  • Proven project management skills
  • A previous experience in advertising, design, studios, production or marketing is a must
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
  • Arabic language is a plus
  • Attention to details
