The Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead the development, implementation, and management of our analysis, targeted advertising, communication, insights and data-led marketing, integration with the NPS (Net Promoter Score) system, and leveraging AI technologies for enhanced customer satisfaction.This pivotal role will encompass various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, loyalty programs, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices, coupled with a proven track record of driving successful digital campaigns and leveraging AI-driven insights for optimization.Marketing Strategies
Devise and execute comprehensive digital marketing related digital areas such as loyalty program management, customer retention initiatives, and personalized customer experiences.
Segmentation Analysis
Conduct segmentation analysis to identify and target specific customer segments with customized marketing messages and offers, enhancing engagement and loyalty.
Performance Indicators
Increase in customer retention rate by % within a specific timeframe.
Improvement in conversion rates among targeted customer segments by % within a specific timeframe.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have experience working as a Digital Marketing Manager, and ideally within the Mall or Retail industry.
Must have a proven track record in Digital Marketing and be able to do all that is required in the job description,
Arabic Speaking is highly preferable, and also must be able to live in Abu Dhabi
