Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing & IT Support/Administrator . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing with a focus on petrochemical products (solvents, chemicals, specialty chemicals) and IT support. You will be responsible for managing and developing our website, content creation, digital marketing initiatives, and IT infrastructure, including the handling of networks, hardware, software, email configurations, and communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

• Website Management & Development: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest digital marketing trends.
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for digital platforms, including blogs, articles, videos, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
• Video Creation & Tagging: Create videos that effectively market products, services, and solutions, ensuring proper tagging and SEO optimization for better searchability.
• Social Media & SEO: Manage social media accounts, posting content regularly, and ensuring optimal SEO strategies are in place to increase online visibility.
• Email Campaigns: Manage business email campaigns, including creating compelling email content, managing distribution lists, and tracking performance analytics.
• Digital Advertising: Implement and manage paid digital advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to target specific markets within the chemical, petrochemical, and manufacturing sectors.

IT Support & Administration:

• IT Network Management & VPN Handling: Manage and troubleshoot company networks, including Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), ensuring secure and efficient communication across various locations.
• Business 365 & Email Management: Handle configuration and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 (Office 365) accounts, email setup, and security protocols for Outlook.
• Firewall Configuration: Set up and manage firewalls to ensure secure and efficient network performance.
• Hardware & Software Support: Provide support for company hardware, software, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Domain & Server Management: Administer domain-related tasks, including domain management, hosting, DNS configurations, and server management.
• Communication Systems: Maintain and troubleshoot the EPABX telephone system and intercom systems across different company locations.

Marketing in the Chemical Industry:

• Promote the company's petrochemical products (solvents, chemicals, specialty chemicals) to various industry segments, including but not limited to:
• Flexible Packaging
• Ink Manufacturing
• Paint & Coating
• Resin Manufacturing
• Liquid Soaps & Detergents
• Cosmetics & Perfumes
• Oilfield Chemicals
• Rubber & Adhesives
• Lubricants
• Agrochemicals

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on petrochemical products (solvents, chemicals, specialty chemicals).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in website development (WordPress, HTML, CSS, or similar).
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, and firewall configuration.
• Hands-on experience with VPN setup and management.
• Proficient in content creation tools and video editing software.
• Ability to troubleshoot IT issues, including hardware, software, and communication systems.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing petrochemical products in the following sectors is highly desirable:
• Flexible Packaging, Ink Manufacturing, Paint & Coating, Resin, Soaps & Detergents, Cosmetics, Oilfield Chemicals, Rubber, Lubricants, and Agrochemicals.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Location : Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
• Language: Proficiency in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
