We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The company intends utilizing digital marketing channels to increase visibility, promote and create awareness of its products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute and monitor company's social media presence (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Create and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and community management.
Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities.
Prepare and present periodic reports and present to the management
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing or relevant field
Experience with graphic design and content production is a plus.
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Knowledge of website CMS and marketing automation tools.
Proficiency in developing and overseeing social media and email marketing initiatives.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and website design best practices.
Experience with B2C and B2B social media campaigns, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
Certifications in Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
