We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to our digital marketing efforts.

Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Atlas Group of Institutions and its programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the sales team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the institution and its courses.
• Optimize marketing campaigns to improve ROI, using data and analytics to guide decision-making.

Content Creation:

• Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms including social media, website, email newsletters, and blogs.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency and quality across all digital content.

SEO & SEM:

• Manage the institution's website and optimize it for search engines to improve its ranking.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase visibility and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Use analytical tools to track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales team, as well as other departments, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as necessary.

Innovation and Trends:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Recommend new strategies and technologies to improve digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the education sector or a similar industry.
• Certification in Google Analytics and/or Google AdWords.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
