Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals.

• Manage and optimise online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads (LinkedIn and Instagram).

• Craft compelling copy for various marketing collateral, spanning social media, websites, and catalogues.

• Collaborate closely with our London-based graphic designer and provide support for basic graphic design demands within the Dubai team. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is essential.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Utilise SEO techniques to enhance the company\'s website visibility and search engine rankings.

• Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools, with a strong understanding of Google Analytics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, ensuring alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Act as a vital bridge between the Dubai and UK offices, promoting seamless communication within our small, remote in-house marketing team.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Proficiency with Google Ads and Google Analytics.

• Strong organisational and project management skills.

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Arabic and other languages is a plus

• Highly analytical with proficiency in quantitative datasets.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a small, remote in-house team.

• Agile and dynamic with strong interpersonal skills.

• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.

• Strong time management skills.

• Passionate about marketing, digital marketing, and innovation within the industry.
