We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with proven experience in the hospitality industry. The candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive online visibility, enhance guest engagement, and increase bookings across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to the hospitality industry.
Plan and implement campaigns to increase direct bookings and minimize reliance on OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).
2. Website Management:
Oversee website performance and ensure an optimal user experience.
Work on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve organic search rankings.
Update and maintain hotel promotions, packages, and content on the website.
3. Social Media Management:
Develop and manage social media calendars.
Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and stories to showcase the hotel's offerings and experiences.
Monitor social media channels, respond to guest inquiries, and analyze engagement.
4. Online Advertising:
Create and manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
Optimize ad performance and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
5. Email Marketing:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns for promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal offers.
Build and maintain a robust email database.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze website traffic, booking conversions, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Provide monthly reports on KPIs and recommendations for improvements.
7. Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales, Reservations, and Food & Beverage teams to align marketing initiatives.
Liaise with external vendors, influencers, and partners to amplify campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Hospitality, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Hands-on experience with digital tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with hotel-specific systems like PMS (Property Management Systems), CRS (Central Reservation Systems), and OTA platforms.
Experience working with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnerships within the travel sector.
