We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Digital Marketing and Lead Engagement Specialist to manage our digital marketing campaigns, create engaging Facebook ads, and optimize our chatbot integration for seamless lead generation and follow-up. This role is ideal for someone with a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a results-driven mindset to drive lead conversion and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facebook Ad Creation and Management
• Develop, design, and execute high-performing ad campaigns on Facebook to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct audience research and A/B testing to optimize ad targeting and performance.
• Monitor ad budgets and analyze performance metrics to maximize ROI.
2. Chatbot Integration and Automation
• Set up and maintain chatbots to engage with leads collected through social media ads.
• Ensure the chatbot collects essential information (e.g., telephone numbers) and triggers follow-up actions.
• Integrate the chatbot with calling systems like Twilio, JustCall, or Aircall to automate lead engagement.
3. Lead Engagement and Follow-Up
• Configure systems to trigger calls to your phone and connect with leads.
• Work with CRM or lead management tools to track and manage prospects efficiently.
• Analyze lead data and improve engagement strategies to enhance conversions.
4. Analytics and Reporting
• Track and report on the performance of ad campaigns, chatbot interactions, and lead conversion rates.
• Provide actionable insights to improve campaigns and workflows.
5. Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with the team to understand business objectives and align marketing efforts.
• Keep up-to-date with trends in digital marketing, chatbots, and lead management tools to recommend innovative solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in Facebook Ads Management and campaign optimization.
• Strong understanding of chatbot platforms (e.g., ManyChat, Chatfuel, or Tars).
• Familiarity with calling systems like Twilio, JustCall, or Aircall and their integrations.
• Proficiency in using tools like Zapier, CRMs, and analytics platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of lead generation and sales funnel strategies.
