Looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our brand's digital and social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving the growth of our online community. This role is pivotal to maintaining a dynamic digital footprint and enhancing customer engagement across various online platforms.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager to execute digital strategies, manage daily tasks, support content creation, and ensure timely, relevant communication with our audience. This is a role suited for a passionate digital marketing professional fluent in Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of current online/digital trends, social media best practices, and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Content Creation

• Plan, schedule, and manage social media content calendars across platforms
• Generate and curate engaging content, including Arabic captions, stories, and communications, ensuring brand voice and tone consistency.
• Collaborate with content creators and photographers/videographers for on-brand content shoots, coordinating logistics and ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Develop creative ideas for reels, stories, and other interactive content that reflect current digital trends and engage our target audience.

Community Management & Customer Engagement

• Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across all digital and social media platforms promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Build and maintain an active, loyal online community by fostering conversations and encouraging user-generated content.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team to address product inquiries, resolve issues, and relay feedback for continual improvement.

Website & Digital Platform Management

• Maintain and update website content via CMS (Content Management System), ensuring the latest information is accessible and aligns with current campaigns.
• Coordinate with the web team to troubleshoot issues, enhance user experience, and implement improvements.
• Optimize content for SEO, enhancing visibility and searchability across digital channels.

Campaign Assistance & Execution

• Assist the Marketing Manager in developing, launching, and evaluating online campaigns, promotions, and digital initiatives.
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns, leveraging insights to adjust and improve strategies.
• Monitor social media analytics, track KPIs, and provide monthly and ad-hoc reports on engagement, growth, and other metrics to assess performance.

Day-to-Day Marketing Support

• Support the Marketing Manager with daily marketing tasks and project coordination, maintaining smooth execution of campaigns.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with business goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on performance analysis and market research to enhance ongoing and future initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role, agency and hospitality experience is a plus
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with social media platforms, website CMS (WordPress or similar), Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices, content creation, and community engagement.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns, with a deep understanding of social media trends.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a collaborative team player.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
