Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Yoko Car Rental, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive online traffic, increase brand visibility, and generate leads. This role is ideal for someone with a creative mindset and a passion for digital marketing in the car rental or travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute digital marketing plans across various platforms (Google Ads, social media, email campaigns, etc.) to drive traffic, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to engage with our audience, promote services, and drive conversions.
Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos of vehicles, services, and customer experiences to create engaging and visually appealing content for marketing campaigns.
Graphic Design: Create eye-catching graphics and promotional materials (e.g., social media posts, ads, banners, etc.) using graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
SEO and SEM: Optimize the company website for search engines, ensuring high rankings for relevant keywords. Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to increase visibility and drive quality leads.
Email Marketing: Design and manage email marketing campaigns aimed at promoting special offers, seasonal deals, and new services, while maintaining a strong customer relationship.
Google My Business Management: Regularly update and manage Yoko Car Rental's Google My Business profile to ensure it is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for local search results.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Market Research: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry developments, and apply this knowledge to enhance strategies.
Collaborate with Other Teams: Work closely with the sales, operations, and customer service teams to align digital marketing campaigns with company objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
Must have photography and videography skills for creating engaging content.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Experience in managing Google My Business profiles and ensuring they are regularly updated.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong creative and copywriting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the car rental or travel industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate marketing.
Understanding of CRM tools and lead nurturing processes.
