We are a dynamic and innovative company looking to expand its digital presence. We're seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help drive growth through customized website creation, SEO strategies, social media management, and online reputation management.

Key Responsibilities:

Customized Website Creation:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites tailored to the company's goals and objectives. Work closely with the design team to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience. Implement and optimize website functionalities to enhance user engagement.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase the company's website visibility and search engine rankings. Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and monitor website traffic using SEO tools. Create detailed reports to measure SEO performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements.

Backlink Strategy:

Build and manage high-quality backlinks to improve website authority and search rankings. Establish relationships with relevant websites and platforms to secure backlinks. Monitor and evaluate the quality and impact of existing backlinks.

Social Media Management:

Manage and execute content strategies across company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Post engaging content regularly to enhance brand presence and engagement. Create and schedule posts, ensuring timely updates to all social media platforms. Monitor and respond to comments and messages across platforms.

Posting Backdated Content:

Efficiently schedule and post backdated content across various social media channels when needed. Ensure all posts adhere to the company's brand guidelines and voice. Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure posts are timely and relevant.

Reputation Management:

Monitor social media accounts for any negative comments or reviews. Proactively remove or address negative comments to protect and enhance the company's online reputation. Develop strategies to handle customer feedback effectively and professionally on social platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website creation, SEO, backlink strategy, and social media management. Strong understanding of SEO tools and techniques (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Expertise in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Proficient in website building platforms (WordPress, Wix, etc.) and HTML/CSS. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of online reputation management tools and techniques. Experience in graphic design or video editing for social media content is a plus. Certifications in SEO, Social Media, or Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous.
