Digital Marketing Executive - Restaurant Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to run and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads, ensuring we target the right audience and drive engagement, leads, and sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant/F&B industry and a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies that maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute high-performing digital ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

Develop targeted marketing strategies to reach the right audience and drive conversions.

Continuously analyze and optimize ad performance (CPC, CTR, ROAS, engagement rates).

Conduct market research to stay ahead of food marketing trends and competitor strategies.

Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging ad creatives.

Manage SEO, Google Analytics, and website traffic to enhance online visibility.

Oversee social media marketing to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.

Track and report campaign performance with data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing for the restaurant/F&B industry (GCC experience preferred).

Expertise in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads, focusing on campaign optimization and audience targeting.

Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media algorithms.

Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and improve campaign performance.

Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center, and SEMrush.

Experience in email marketing, influencer marketing, and customer retention strategies is a plus.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or AI marketing tools is beneficial.
