Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, WordPress website management, and social media management. This role is pivotal in creating and executing marketing strategies that attract, engage, and convert potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential buyers and sellers. Utilize CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to track, manage, and nurture leads. Analyze and optimize lead generation campaigns to maximize ROI.

WordPress Website Management:

Manage and update the company's WordPress website, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and engaging. Optimize website for SEO to increase visibility and drive organic traffic. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues as they arise.

Social Media Management:

Create, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing within the real estate industry. Proficiency in lead generation techniques and tools. Strong knowledge of WordPress website management, including plugin usage and SEO best practices. Demonstrated expertise in managing social media accounts and campaigns. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
