We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Executive based in Dubai, with a strong background in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital marketing strategies and a deep understanding of CRM management to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Advertising:

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

CRM Management:

Oversee CRM systems to ensure effective customer segmentation, targeting, and engagement.

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with overall customer management strategies.

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.

Performance Analysis:

Track and report on key performance metrics using analytics tools.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand positioning.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Strong understanding of CRM platforms and digital marketing analytics.
