The Digital Sales & Marketing Executive should have practical knowledge of sales/marketing on Amazon, Noon and other platforms. The individual should have experience of social media advertisement (specially google, meta/Facebook and Instagram). He should have experience of search-word and product analysis on both google and social media particularly on Facebook and amazon. Furthermore, the individual should have knowledge in creative design and videos ads.

Main Duties:

1. Manage all the digital media platforms, online customers and data to ensure that they are always updated and follow the corporate brand identity.

2. Successful and timely execution of all digital marketing and sales campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.

3. Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and manage optimize its SEO.

4. Track digital campaigns effectiveness on daily basis (Total leads, CPLs, CTRs and conversion rates...etc.) and evaluation of the performance against goals and other key performance indicators.

5. Manage all social media accounts including content production, increasing engagement and generating online sales.

6. Create, proofread and edit for various digital marketing content to ensure consistency in branding and sales. Monitoring digital & social media trends, platforms, customer changing preferences & new technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.

7. Maintain Facebook pages score to keep the page health at best level. And keep the pages updated as per Facebook policies

8. Collection and interpretation of data from various marketing campaigns and analysis of that data and sales.

9. Developing and analyzing reports on web activity, web page hit count, traffic pattern, online sales, spending on digital ads and similar performance metrics.

Areas of Responsibility:

Market Research

• Conduct research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitive positioning in the Middle eastern perfume market.

Collaboration and Partnerships

• Identify and manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and partners to boost brand visibility.

SMS and WhatsApp Campaigns

• Plan, design, and execute effective SMS and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage customers and increase sales.
• Segment and target the customer base for personalized communication and offers.
• Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Email Campaigns

• Develop and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including template creation, A/B testing, and automation.
• Maintain email marketing lists, ensure compliance with data protection laws, and perform regular list hygiene.
• Analyze performance metrics to improve campaign outcomes.

Multi-Channel Digital Marketing

• Explore and manage additional online marketing channels such as social media ads, push notifications, and app-based promotions to expand brand reach.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

Reporting and Optimization

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI across all online marketing channels.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimizing strategies and tactics.

Requirements

• Google and other digital marketing certifications are preferred
• Degree/diploma in marketing, social media or analysis is preferred
• Knowledge to start and handle Amazon (US and UAE) sales
• Knowledge to find products of most ROI on Amazon and local market
• Ability to manage website admin panels and google analytics is preferred
• Digital media agency experience is preferred
• Perfume Industry back is highly preferred
• Understanding of social media management is a must
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales, online ads & data analytical skills to interpret online business
• Good with IT skills such as MS Office and Internet Research
• Must be strategic and analytical to deliver objectives in SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
• Always kept up-to-date with latest industry trends and market practices

As Digital Media Executive, we rely on you to:
Plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
Maintains all digital marketing channels
Drive online traffic through digital marketing campaigns
Manage online content for the hotel and ensure all content is compliant with brand guidelines
Establish goals, measure performance of digital campaigns and assess against goals
Analyze return on investment of digital campaigns and utilize data to enhance digital marketing strategy
Maintain the public image of the company and brand
