Job Title: Social Media Specialist

About the Role:

As a Social Media Specialist you will have a role that involves creating innovative content and managing our company's social media accounts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, specifically Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The Social media specialists should have a top-notch understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. Interact with online customers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages is the main priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
• Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events.
• Interact with online followers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages.
• Expert in social media analytics tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing social media platforms, specifically Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Language:

• English(Mandatory)
• Arabic(Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
