Digital Marketer & Graphic Designer (Real Estate)

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Digital Marketer & Graphic Designer to join our team in the real estate sector. This dual-role position will involve creating and executing email marketing campaigns, designing engaging graphics, coordinating photoshoots, and producing high-quality videos to promote our real estate listings and brand. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive individual with a keen eye for design and a passion for marketing in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing:
• Plan, design, and implement email marketing campaigns to promote real estate listings, company services, and brand awareness.
• Optimize email campaigns for increased open rates, engagement, and conversions using analytics and A/B testing.
• Develop and manage social media content, including posts, ads, and promotions, across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, creating detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
• Graphic Design:
• Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for email campaigns, social media posts, flyers, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Design real estate listing presentations, infographics, and promotional content to enhance client engagement.
• Work with the marketing team to create brand-consistent visuals that align with the company's identity and market positioning.
• Photoshoots & Videography:
• Coordinate and conduct photoshoots for property listings, including staging, lighting, and composition.
• Capture high-quality images and videos of properties for marketing materials, websites, and social media.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos to create professional and polished final content for online platforms.
• Ensure all multimedia content is optimized for web and social media use.
• Collaboration & Strategy:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute digital campaigns and strategies that align with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies in real estate and design to apply best practices.
• Support the sales team by providing high-quality visuals and digital content that aid in client presentations and communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including email campaigns, social media management, and analytics.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or similar design software.
• Experience in real estate marketing or a related industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of videography and photo editing tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.).
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and social media advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
• Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with 360-degree photography or virtual tour creation.
• Understanding of real estate market trends and consumer behavior.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and email automation tools.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
