Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing initiatives, utilizing hands-on and project management skills in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as designers, developers, product managers, video producers, editors, and writers.
• Manage and optimize all digital channels, including website content management, social media platforms, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
• Assist with online directory listings, email marketing campaigns, and list management. Support event production and execution of digital components as needed.
• Measure and monitor online performance, including competitor analysis, and evaluate the success of digital advertising campaigns. Regularly report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates and Return on Investment (ROI).
• Aid in maintaining the digital asset management system, ensuring that all digital content and assets are organized and easily accessible.
• Track campaign milestones and key metrics such as email open rates, advertising conversions, and other relevant KPIs to evaluate performance against goals
• Interface with creative agencies for the successful delivery of key projects and ensure alignment with the brand's goals and standards.
• Plan and execute online advertising campaigns, including banner ads, email campaigns, search engine marketing, and website promotions to enhance brand visibility.
• Implement and manage multi-channel marketing strategies, including email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing, ensuring an integrated approach to outreach and communication.
• Keep management informed by preparing detailed reports, presentations, and insights. Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations for future digital strategies.
• Liaise with digital agencies for regular deliverables, tracking the progress of projects to ensure timely and effective completion.
• Develop and implement landing pages and new digital features across various channels to drive user engagement and conversions.
• Lead comprehensive CRM and loyalty program projects, encompassing integration, patient journey optimization, automation implementation, and data-driven reporting.
• Possess a strong technical foundation in website development, coding, and management. Actively participate in website launches, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts. Apply technical expertise in website CRM and digital performance marketing to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive business growth.

• Bachelor's degree or MBA degree in Marketing & Communication
• Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred)
• Minimum 6 - 8 year of experience with at least 2 years in the similar role / Healthcare experience is a plus
