The Role
Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels o Identify and target relevant audience segments based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data. o Monitor spending against targets and adjust as needed to optimize performance as per the brief from E-commerce Manager. o Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and produce regular reports. o Communicate campaign objectives, strategies, and results effectively to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications: o Open to English, Hinde and Asian nationals o 30 years old and below o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field o At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in the perfumes or non-food FMCG industry o In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms and best practices o Certification in Google Ads, Facebook, or other relevant platforms is a plus .
