Objectives of this role
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the company's goals.
• Conduct market research, understand the target audience, and identify marketing and growth opportunities.
• Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, like email, social media, paid advertising and search engine optimisation.
• Measure and analyse campaigns' success using data and analytics tools.
• Lead client meetings and explain the campaign details to the client with key performance metrics (KPIs).
Your responsibilities
• Understand how ad creative elements perform for each unique advertising goal (traffic, conversions, and engagement).
• Track and analyse primary metrics, revenue and paid ad initiatives weekly and monthly.
• Experiment and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, tools and best practices to improve ROAS consistently.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve.
Required skills and qualifications
• 2+ years of demonstrable experience in marketing or digital marketing roles.
• Knowledge of content management tools like CMS Hub, Squarespace, or WordPress.
• Excellent analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategies.
• Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use Adobe softwares

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
