Develop and implement a strategic social media plan that aligns with Wolf Street Group brand identity and business objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the walls and flooring sector.
Content Creation and Curation:
Create visually appealing and informative content for social media platforms, showcasing our diverse range of financial services.
Curate content that highlights industry trends, customer testimonials, and project showcases.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain a consistent visual brand presence.
Community Management:
Foster engagement and build a sense of community by actively responding to comments, messages, and social interactions.
Monitor and address customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a positive and professional online presence.
Paid Social Advertising:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and drive conversions.
Stay informed about new advertising features and opportunities on social media platforms.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
Provide regular reports with actionable insights to enhance future campaigns.
Adjust strategies based on data-driven analysis to continually optimize overall performance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of social media efforts with broader business goals.
Identify and collaborate with influencers and industry partners to expand brand reach.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing social media accounts and executing successful organic and paid campaigns.
In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising options.
