Job Summary: As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our company\'s products/services and enhance brand awareness. You will utilize various digital channels such as social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing to reach and engage our target audience effectively. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will analyze data, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies to achieve marketing goals and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, display advertising, and search engines.
Develop creative and engaging content for digital campaigns to attract and retain target audiences.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company\'s presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Create and publish relevant content, including text, images, and videos, to engage followers and drive user interaction.
Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to optimize strategies and increase brand visibility.
SEO and SEM:
Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms to increase online visibility and drive conversions.
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and maintain customer engagement.
Create email templates, segment email lists, and analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance and deliver targeted messaging.
Content Marketing:
Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality and engaging content for blogs, websites, social media, and other digital channels.
Develop content calendars, brainstorm ideas, and ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor digital marketing performance metrics such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
Analyze data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, tools, and best practices.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing.
