Add value to the company by assisting the Creative and Promotions Department in their work by performing a variety of tasks, including communicating internally by providing information regarding promotions and updating documents, data entry and other tasks to help facilitate the marketing process. Also includes communicating directly with customers via social media and serving as researcher for community events.
Serve as a member of the Creative and Promotions Department in accordance with our core values.
Perform all regular duties associated with Marketing in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate inventories of all marketing related materials and products
Continuously update and maintain calendars and various databases
Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues, answering questions where appropriate and build online reviews and reputation.
Be Responsible for all internal communication and coordination in regards to promotions.
Communicate with the community regarding trades, cross marketing, co marketing and other promotions
Create, test for functionality, and post detailed instructions related to various marketing promotions for company staff.
Gather feedback post-promotions and update documents for future promotions, including product and sales data \xe2\x80\x93 Continuously prepare for upcoming events
Perform any other tasks necessary to support the company in its marketing efforts
Periodically review social media (replies to comments/dms/ reply and comment as needed)
QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrate winning Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.
Ability to effectively communicate with office staff, store staff, and the community at large via phone, text, email and in person.
Demonstrate the ability to multitask, work independently, and adhere to deadlines
Ability to work in a well-organized manner with attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach
Self-motivated and eager to innovate and learn at an accelerated pace
