Developing and implementing Marketing Plans. Look at competitors in our strategy.

Conducting Market research to establish customer trend and habits. Analysis market and what kind of customer to bring.

Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts & create daily content for social media platform.

Supporting sales team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, and Property portals.

- Drive sales of smart home products and services.

- Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions.

- Stay updated on smart home technology trends.

- Build strong customer relationships.

- Prepare and present proposals.

- Collaborate with internal teams.

- Track sales performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Sales experience (preferably in technology or home automation) for at least 2 years.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Technical aptitude and passion for smart home tech.

- Self-motivated and results-driven.

- Valid driver's license and a car.
