Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

digital marketing campaigns

for property listings and brand promotion. Manage and optimize

social media platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Create

engaging content

for social media, email marketing, and the company website. Run

paid advertising campaigns

(Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.). Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI and lead generation. Manage the company's website, ensuring it is SEO-optimized and updated with the latest listings. Plan and execute

email marketing and WhatsApp marketing

campaigns. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Track key digital marketing KPIs and provide performance reports. Collaborate with the sales team to generate quality leads and improve conversions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field

.

1+ years of experience in digital marketing

, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of

SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media marketing

. Experience with

content creation, graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite), and video editing

is a plus. Familiarity with

digital marketing tools, email marketing platforms, and website management (WordPress, Wix, etc.)

. Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing campaigns for better results. Strong communication and creative thinking skills.

Fluency in English

(Arabic is an advantage).
