We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our team and manage various digital marketing activities for our clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in

Social Media Marketing (SMM)

,

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

, and other digital marketing strategies within the healthcare or clinic industry. This role will require the ability to create, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and growth for our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:1.

Social Media Marketing (SMM):



Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Create engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and posts that align with the clinic's brand voice and objectives. Manage social media accounts and community engagement (replying to comments, messages, and inquiries). Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to improve results. Collaborate with internal teams (such as healthcare professionals) to highlight patient testimonials, services, and clinic events.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):



Conduct on-page and off-page SEO to improve the clinic's website rankings on search engines. Perform keyword research to identify the best keywords for targeting relevant patient demographics. Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images for search engines. Monitor and analyze SEO performance and traffic to ensure continuous optimization and results. Stay up-to-date with SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure the clinic's SEO strategies remain competitive.

Website and Content Management:



Ensure the clinic's website is user-friendly, optimized for conversions, and up-to-date with accurate information about services, promotions, and news. Collaborate with the design and content team to develop high-quality, informative content that attracts and educates prospective patients. Improve the patient journey on the website by optimizing the user experience (UX) and increasing the conversion rates for appointment bookings.

Paid Digital Advertising (PPC):



Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant digital channels. Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns to ensure high ROI and effective targeting. Create compelling ad copy and select proper keywords and demographics to maximize reach and engagement.

Email Marketing:



Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at existing patients and prospective patients. Segment email lists and create personalized messages to drive patient retention and appointment bookings. Monitor email campaign performance and improve strategies based on open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.

Analytics & Reporting:



Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing efforts, including website traffic, leads, conversions, social media engagement, and PPC performance. Prepare monthly or quarterly reports detailing campaign performance and recommendations for improvements. Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools to measure success and suggest strategies for improvement.
7.

Online Reputation Management:



Monitor online reviews on platforms such as Google My Business, Healthgrades, and others. Respond to patient reviews in a professional and timely manner. Create strategies to build and maintain a positive online reputation for the clinic.
Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in the healthcare or clinic industry. Strong knowledge of

Email Marketing

, and

Web Analytics

. Familiarity with SEO tools. Experience in creating content for social media platforms, websites, and email marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
