The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, specifically in the FMCG sector. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the FMCG market.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Track and report performance of all digital marketing initiatives using web analytics and other relevant tools.
• Identify and explore new digital marketing channels to increase customer engagement.
• Oversee content creation and manage social media platforms.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing within the FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media strategies.
• Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative problem solver with attention to detail.
