We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing to join our growing real estate company. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and the real estate industry.
Proficiency of both English & Arabic is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote properties, attract buyers, and enhance the company's brand presence.
Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to reach them effectively.
Digital Marketing:
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and PPC campaigns.
Oversee the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for lead generation.
Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
Content Creation:
Oversee the creation of engaging content, including property listings, blog posts, videos, and social media content.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and copywriters to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity across all marketing channels.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding in all communications.
Lead Generation and Nurturing:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
Event Marketing:
Plan and execute marketing events, such as open houses, property launches, and community outreach programs.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
Use insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Track and report on marketing expenses and ROI.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, operations, and executive teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Provide guidance and support to junior marketing staff or external agencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and lead generation.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
